Vitamin B1

Vitamin B1 can be found in food sources such as whole grains, meat and nuts.

B2 Vitamini

Vitamin B2 can be found in foods such as milk, dairy products, whole grains, and meat.

Niacin

Niacin (Vitamin B3) can be found in food sources such as meat, fish and dairy products.

Pantothenic Acid

Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5) can be found in food sources such as whole grains, meat, and mushrooms.

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 can be found in food sources such as whole grains, potatoes and meat. 

 

Biotin

Biotin, or as it is also known as vitamin B7 or H can be found in food sources such as milk, egg and nuts. 

Folic Acid

Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) can be found in food sources such as green leafy vegetables, asparagus and cereals.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) can be found in food sources such as fish and meat.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C (ascorbic) can be found in food sources such as citrus, pepper and prairie pin.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is also known as cholecalciferol or ergocalciferol can be found in food sources such as Mackerel, Herring, liver, egg yolk and mushroom.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is also known as tocopherol can be found in food sources such as vegetable oils, nuts and grain germ.

Vitamin K

Vitamin K is found in different food sources such as parsley, savoy cabbage and broccoli.

Functions: 

*It contributes to the normal synthesis of Probiotics
*It contributes to the normal reactions of blood coagulation and bone metabolism.
*It has a role in the prevention of blood vessel mineralization and the regulation of various cellular functions.

Nutritional Reference Value: 90 μg/day for women and 120 μg/day for men. 

Amount: About 100 μg in parsley or 550 μg in savoy cabbage.

Information: It requires bile salts for vitamin absorption that is synthesized in the gut.
